Ian’s philosophy on exercise is a little different than what you’ll see in western training practices. You don’t need a gym. Just a yoga mat and maybe some rings to hang from for some low-impact joint-friendly exercise that gets you not only ripped but primed for mind, body, and soul regeneration.
